Reapercussions

Smokey Chipotle Reaper Sauce

Every taco has consequences. Some have Reapercussions.

Introducing one of our hottest creations yet! Reapercussions brings together the bold, smokey flavours of Mexican-inspired cuisine with the fiery intensity of Carolina Reaper peppers. This isn't your average taco sauce, and trust us, you'll be feeling the Reapercussions!!

We start with fire roasted Roma tomatos, sweet onions, roasted red bell peppers, blended with a Jalapeno and Serrano pepper mash base building a rich, savoury foundation. Our signature black garlic adds a deep umami kick, while smokey chipotle, ancho chilies, smoked paprika, cumin, and Mexican oregano bring those bold, earthy flavours together. A touch of Canadian maple syrup, raisins, and fresh lime juice balance the heat before we unleash the Carolina Reapers.

The result? A thick, flavour-packed sauce with smoky depth, a very subtle sweetness, and a serious kick that doesn't sacrifice flavour for fire.

Made for tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, nachos, and just about anything that needs a little extra fiesta. Drizzle it over your favourite Mexican and Latin-inspired dishes, mix it into sour cream or queso for a dangerously delicious dip, or add it to any marinade for a fiery twist.

Whether it's Taco Tuesday or just another excuse to spice things up, Reapercussions is here to remind you that some decisions are worth the consequences.
