Introducing Cowboys From Hell one of our signature sauces that's been perfected over the years, and the wait is finally over!

This smoky, tangy, and savoury masterpiece begins with freshly smoked sweet onions, bell peppers, and habanero peppers. We've added just the right amount of Trinidad scorpion peppers to maintain a spicy kick, rating an 8/10. To balance the heat, we've sweetened this sauce with molasses and brown sugar, blending in a rich fruit profile of blackberry, raspberry, blueberry, and black cherry juice. Apple cider vinegar adds a tangy depth, while freshly roasted garlic and a generous amount of black garlic provide a savory, aromatic flavour. 

This complex, smoky symphony is perfect for elevating grilled favorites like burgers, steaks, kabobs, chicken, and lamb. It also makes a great addition to jerk sauce and can be used to add a smoky, garlicky, spicy kick to other condiments and sauces!
